The sea was pretty rough and the sky overcast with rain at times, windy too! Quite a big back eddy had formed which meant I was against the tide coming back, hence why I stuck so close inshore on my return (see my gps track), using the groynes as much as possible to stay out of the flow. I just had to be careful crossing over the groynes with the swell not to damage my boat. I tried to fish for a bit down at Shanklin, but nothing doing. Having said that it wasn't exactly comfortable with a line out. No pictures or video on this one!
