Mull: Loch Scridain Morning paddle with Mrs T

With the passing of our Greyhound Gemma, we decided to get away from it all and headed for a short break on Mull. We stopped for a couple of nights in our campervan at the rather excellent Port Nan Gael campsite on the Ross of Mull, next to Loch Scridain. The weather was brilliant, hot and sunny.

On our first morning, Loch Scridain was mirror flat. Mrs T said she wouldn't mind going for a paddle board, and for the very first time I was able to go with her in my sea kayak. Normally, one of us would have to look after the dog.

I basically followed Mrs T on her SUP. We headed across the loch, before following the coastline back to our starting point. The water was crystal clear and the mountain views fantastic. On our return, I had a quick roll to cool off.
