Sunday, the weather was not looking too promising. The forecast stated conditions would deteriorate with strong winds increasing throughout the day. So, after a hearty breakfast in the Paddlers, we decided to head for Trearddur Bay. Initially, we talked about heading around the coast towards Rhoscolyn, but soon after setting off from the beach, we decided perhaps this was not the best idea. The wind and swell were certainly picking up. With the wind forecast to increase in strength the sensible thing would be to curtail out trip and stay close to Trearddur. So we played in the swell and surf for a bit before calling it a day. The Sea Shanty coffee was beckoning and having loaded up the boats and changed into dry clothes, we were soon eating cake and sipping welcome hot coffees. The upside of all of this meant hitting the A55 before it became busy and getting home at a decent time.

No GPS as I forgot to set it. But then it was hardly worth it.
Still a good day out!
